SHOOTING: Templeton Knolls Neighborhood Park, 6200 block of Carters Lane in East Riverdale- officers reported hearing 25-30 rounds of automatic gunfire & later found several shellcasings in the park. This has been a hotspot for shootings lately

Shortly after 9 a.m. this morning, officers responded to the 3800 block of Washington Ave for reports of a threat. At this time, the threat appears unsubstantiated and regular school activities have resumed at the location. This incident is currently under investigation

At approx. 1 p.m. we responded to the Heritage Training & Shooting Center located at 4537 Metropolitan Court for a call of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies quickly determined the shooting to be accidental and two people were injured.
