The boy fled on foot from police at the T-Row loading dock on…It happened AGAIN. The same 12 year-old (reportedly) was just briefly put in handcuffs in Eastern Middle School’s parking lot in Silver Spring, MD & GIVEN A RIDE HOME after fleeing from police in a car reported stolen. (used in the past to ram the car dealership’s gates)

Western District patrol officers were patrolling the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Laurens when they observed an individual in the 1700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue who matched the description of the commercial robbery suspect from Sept. 4, 2024. Officers stopped and identified a 30-year-old male who admitted to stealing from the store. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to CBIF for processing.
