3 week agoAt least 3 suspects have been taken into custody following an armed robbery inside of the Safeway in downtown Silver Spring. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at a store employee & drove off with stolen goods. The car was then boxed in a few blocks away

Eastern District Armed Carjacking Arrest. Eastern District BCIC detectives alerted officers to an LPR hit on a vehicle that was stolen in an Armed Carjacking in the 2400 block of East North Avenue. Foxtrot was notified and was able to coordinate with Eastern District Patrol officers. Officers were able to arrest two 23-year-old male suspects. Both suspects were transported to CBIF for processing.
