Northeast District Armed Robbery, Stolen Vehicle and Assault on Police Juvenile Arrest. officers received a hit on the License Plate Reader (LPR) system in the Frankford neighborhood for a stolen vehicle that was involved in an armed robbery in the SW District. Officers responded to the area and set up a perimeter. Officers located the vehicle, at which point the driver accelerated his vehicle, striking two police vehicles and fled the area. Foxtrot was able to locate the vehicle in the 5900 block of Pulaski Highway, where the vehicle became disabled. Officers arrested a 15-year-old male. The suspect was taken to juvenile booking for processing.
