Officers responded to the 7400 block of Annapolis Rd at 9:40 p.m. for a citizen robbery. The victim, an adult male, was assaulted during the robbery and is being treated for injuries. The investigation is active and on-going
Montgomery County Department of Police were dispatched to the area of East Franklin Ave & Seminole St for the report of a pedestrian struck. A man was transported to an area hospital in critical condition where he later died. The driver of the striking vehicle, a Honda CRV, remained on scene. The MCPD Collision Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene and is investigating this collision. There is an extended road closure on East Franklin Ave between Seminole St and Evergreen St.
