2 year agoAt the scene of a shooting at Iverson Mall in Temple Hills, Maryland. Three people were shot and the suspects fled.
A man was taken hostage, held for ransom and shot to death. Then the place he was held captive set on fire, according to unsealed federal court records regarding the fire in May on Furrow Street in Carrollton Ridge
This is now a triple shooting with 3 individuals with gunshot wound injuries
- Montgomery Avenue, single-family house, bathroom fan overheated on second floor, no fire, no injury
Macgomery Avenue, Kensington, three level single-family house, no fire evident, crews investigating light haze on second floor

Reportedly, the shooting scene was on north side of Smithsburg, at a business on Birkle Road/Rt. 64. There may have been a related incident on Rt. 66 at Mt. Aetna Rd
2 year agoAuthorities say 3 people have died with multiple injured after a shooting at a manufacturing facility in Smithsburg, Maryland the sheriff's office said, adding the suspect in the incident was no longer a threat to the public this is still a active scene
